  Our "Tax Professional" could hardly be called that. I had to help her through some of the entry work on the computer which shouldn't be the case when you are paying for professional help. We came back the second day and she had somehow listed that my wife had student loans which neither of us have EVER gotten during our time at the university. I told her that the student loans were incorrect but she assured me that it "made the numbers work out." On top of that she had accidentally listed my wife as a felon, pretty glad we caught that one, not sure what implications the government would get from finding out that someone with, apparently, a clean criminal record somehow became a felon without their knowledge. Thankfully her coworker who was there that night managed to fix all of the errors (to my knowledge). From what I can tell you are gambling a bit by going here, some of the tax professionals seemed knowledgeable while ours seemed like someone who had gone through a 30 minute training course.

  Terrible customer service, uninformed employees. Rude and insulting when i noticed problems with my return. Cost me more money than it should have. Will not be returning, and will not recommend. Will be advising all against coming here or any h r block.
