  Terrible experience with Studle Financial Services while trying to file my personal and business taxes. My wife and I had an appointment in March to file our taxes. Hunter informed us that we needed a little more information in order to complete our taxes. Within the next couple weeks, I gave the information to Hunter and he assured me that he would take care of it. Well, the tax deadline approached and I never heard from Hunter. I called and left several messages. About a week or so after the tax deadline, he finally took my call and told me he had to file an extension and hadn't filed our taxes yet, but would have it done that week. Long story short, I've called a dozen times since then. My business partner even spoke to the supervisor, Ron, who assured us that he would handle it "that night, even if I have to stay late". Its been weeks since then, and we haven't heard back from them. It is now the end of May and I'm trying to find someone else to take over my taxes! I just hope he actually did file for an extension. I never leave reviews, but I hope no one else ends up in my situation. Perhaps they are a great firm, I wouldn't know. I do not hold any grudges against Studle Financial Services. However, I do wish they would just do what they say and at least communicate with me!
